The UVSA, PBC Youth Group and along with other Vietnamese Community are doing a Ceremony before hanging up the Viet Nam Cong Hoa flags and American Flags along Bolsa and other major street of Little Saigon. The ceremony is to commemorate Black April and the fall of Saigon.
